We would like to take this time to introduce ourselves to you. Our company name is American Dream Homes. We are a home building company in the area serving the entire Western New York region. We specialize in modular and manufactured homes.

We offer a wide variety of floor plans to suit your individual needs and style. There are several designs to choose from including ranches, cape-cods, chalets, two-stories, vacation homes, and just about anything else you can dream up.

The houses are constructed year round, in a controlled factory environment by dedicated craftspeople giving attention to every detail. This factory setting allows for constant and consistent production done in a timely fashion. Materials unaffected by the weather can be purchased in large quantities, which is more cost effective for the builder. This results in lower pricing for you, the customer. Only high quality materials are used to ensure a sound, safe structure, that is durable and energy efficient.

We at American Dream Homes are committed to servicing you throughout the entire building process to assure your satisfaction. We will assist you in choosing a model or floor plan that is ideal for you. We offer a turn-key package. We can do your basement, septic, or well system, and other work required or desired. It's all done for you. We also offer a do it yourself package if you would prefer to do some of your own work or general contracting.

For your mortgage needs we have in house financing. We also supply a realty service to help you find property or sell your existing home if needed. Choosing to build a new home and selecting the right builder are big decisions. Hopefully, we can be of assistance to you and provide you with enough information so you'll be knowledgeable and comfortable with your choices.
