InstallA Modular home is a highly engineered "Factory Stick Built Home", built in a factory under controlled conditions, shipped to its site, craned onto its foundation and then final finish is done on-site by the builder (American Dream Homes). A Modular home requires the same construction loan, appraises the same and appreciates in value the same as any on-site built home. Modular homes have been built using the Boca Codes for many years now. If you have been following the newspapers lately, you may have seen where the Government will soon be forcing the local stick builders to come up to our level of codes.

(Factory tours every Saturday morning (a! 10:00ant) Modular homes are 85-90% complete when they are shipped from the factory and placed on their foundation.
  • On-site lot improvements such as excavation, foundation, well, septic and driveways can be constructed at the same time the house is being built at the factory.
  • Reduced on-site theft of materials (In most cases the home is secured and locked the same day it is set on it's foundation)

  • After the wiring and plumbing are completed at the factory, all electrical boxes and voids cut through the drywall are sealed to help stop any air infiltration through these areas.
