You’ve made a solid investment in a home of lasting value. Now, you can capitalize on your investment by joining the American Dream Homes $10,000 Referral Club. Earn as much as $10,000 simply by introducing your friends, co-workers, acquaintances and neighbors to the quality and value of American Dream Homes.

Here’s how the referral process works:

Step 1:  Complete and return the enclosed form to initiate your referral Club Membership.

Step 2: When you have a referral candidate, simply complete a Referral Card in their name. Your referral must present this Referral Card to an American Dream Home Representative on their initial visit to an American Dream Homes Sales center. Referrals are classified as individuals who have not previously visited/contacted an American Dream Homes sales office.

Step 3: Shortly after your referral visits an American Dream Homes sales office, we will send you an Acknowledgment Card which will inform you whether or not the referral can be credited to you based on the guidelines of the program. Your referral will only be valid if the person you are referring has not been previously registered with an American Dream Homes. Each referral you forward to us will remain active for 18 months from the date of first notice. Note that these leads cannot be recycled.

If the individual(s) you refer to us purchases an American Dream Home, we say “Thank You” by awarding you a referral fee. An American Dream Home Representative will forward your fee once the home has been sold and delivered, and payment has been made. Referral fees increase in relation to the number of referrals made, and additional referrals will net your bonuses and even larger referral fee as outlined below.

If the individual(s) you refer buys an American Dream Home, you will be awarded as follows:

• 1-5 customers: $100 per referral fee and $500 after delivery of fifth house
• 6-10 customers :$200 per referral  fee and $1,000 after delivery of tenth house
• 11-15 customers: $300 per referral  fee and  $1,500 after delivery of fifteenth house
• 16-20 customers: $400 per referral fee and  $2,000 after delivery of twentieth house
