8. Get building permit from town building inspector.
9. Finalize your floor plans with sales representative
10. Get "Contract" with American Dream Homes for mortgage application.
11. Apply for home mortgage with bank of your choice.
12. Close an existing home.
13. Order home from American Dream Homes once mortgage commitment is received.
