| To whom it may concern, My Husband and I would like to let other folks know how our great of an experience we had looking for and purchasing our home and lot thru American Dream Homes. We had everything right at our fingertips from the choices of lots, homes and floorplans! So many, in fact ,it was hard to decide! They made the process smooth, easy, and quick. We now own the largest ranch with a cape conversion up top for added room. They were able to meet anything (we needed) halfway as well, which was great for affordability. After everything was said and done, they were prompt in following up with any aftercare concerns. To whom it may concern, We are a family of 13 who built a 2,900 square foot, 6 bedroom, two-story house in North Collins, NY with American Dream Homes in November 2003. Butch helped us design a floor plan to utilize the space most effectively. He was very accommodating and willing to help us every step of the way. We also had a garage built on site with an expandable area above it for future renovating. We were able to build in the winter and moved in for Christmas. | To Rich and his staff at American Dream Homes: We thoroughly enjoyed working with you and Maria during the design and building of our new home. The 4 model homes you have, gave us a tangible idea of the high quality of the modular home. At first I was hesitant to look at modular homes, because I thought there was little flexibility in floor layouts. Boy was I wrong. Rich was able to accommodate any changes we wanted, and build an attached In Law apartment. The customization we needed was endless, but Rich got it all done, for about 10%-15% less than other builders we talked with. To Butch, Maria, and the rest of the staff at American Dream Homes: Initially hearing about American Dream Homes through TV & ads, we decided to view the model homes. Upon meeting with Mr.Mrugalski, his friendly and professional demeanor peaked our interest. Maria was always pleasant and relayed any concerns to Butch. Our questions were answered and we took it a step further by having the American Dream Home built to our specifications. All demands were met upon request and to our satisfaction. AT first, we were not sure of size and design, but the staff at American Dream Homes provided us with several brochures that helped us to choose the right layout. Rich was able to accomadate any changes we needed. The six homes on your lot showed the high quality that comes with modular home building. Everything went smoothly and on time. Rich said the home would be delivered in a month, and it was! It was much less expensive and quicker than an on site build. Everyone at American Dream Homes was cheerful and helpful.
